Why there's“High Pressure Alarm” with the water-cooled chiller？

There's a client of our company who bought a water-cooled chiller several days ago but doesn't know how to use it. Well, it's very simple, and we provide instruction manual with it. But the machine shows "High Pressure Alarm". So what's the problem?

① Switch on the water tower firstly. If not, the chiller will alarm high pressure or overloaded. Then turn on the compressor.

② The blockage of the water tower caused a decrease in water flow into the chiller, so the chiller can't chill itself down and refrigerants in it will be under high pressure.

③The capacity of the water tower does not match the chiller. As a result, the chiller cannot release heat in time.

In short, a water tower is very important to a water-cooled chiller. If you have an old water tower, make sure whether its capacity matches the chiller.
