plastic hopper dryer

The hopper dryer consists of a drying hopper, a heating system, and controls. The plastic resin is loaded into the drying hopper, which is equipped with a heater and a blower. The heater warms the air inside the hopper, while the blower circulates the heated air through the resin, effectively removing moisture.

The moisture-laden air is then expelled from the hopper and passed through filters to remove any contaminants. The purified air is reheated and returned to the hopper for continuous drying. The process continues until the desired level of dryness is achieved.
